ROI / Plug in your numbers

What is your database actually worth?

You already paid to acquire every one of these customers. This works out what re-engaging them is worth against the cost of the system.

Start with the defaults if you are not sure — they are conservative. Everything recalculates as you type.

Leave at 1 for a single rep. Set it to your headcount to model a whole office — every figure below stays per rep and gets multiplied.

Referral business

Enter the number you expect in a year — this is not derived from anything above.

Percentage points on top of your normal rate. Leave at 0 if referrals pay the same.

How this is calculated

Responders = database size × response rate. Repeat sales = responders × close rate. Repeat commission = repeat sales × average deal size × your commission rate. Referral commission = the referral sales you entered × average deal size × (your commission rate + the referral bonus). Revenue is the two combined. Year-one cost = ($497 setup + twelve monthly payments for the tier you select) × reps funded. Every input is per rep; reps funded multiplies the database, the referral sales, and the cost together, so an office of 61 is 61 subscriptions, not one. Above one rep the headline switches to revenue per dollar of software, because commission is what your reps earn rather than office margin.

Referral sales are a figure you enter, not one this page derives. Estimating them from your repeat numbers would mean inventing a referrals-per-sale ratio, and every other figure here is one you supplied. Referral sales are assumed to be the same average size as repeat sales.

This is an estimate built entirely from the numbers you enter. It is not a projection, a guarantee, or a promise of results — your database, market, and follow-through determine the outcome. Individual results vary.
